I have been filing with H&R BLOC for couple or several decades now, have always had Great experience... This is first year filing with tax specialist, Dainnel Gonzales and want to thank her (And office staff) for OUTSTANDING SERVICE guiding me through an unusual difficult and stressful situation that occurred with my normally "routine" annual filing... Unfortunately I had an experience here this tax season that almost cost me $5,000 in state taxes that it shouldn't have. But before I even get to that part, the lack of communication and disorganization led me to not really trust any of the tax pro's I met here, and I ended up being right in feeling that way.
