This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Not just the worst Tax Analysts. The worst company. They won’t return emails or phone calls. I have left 5 messages with people, and 2 emails for Azar Weixelman. All I got was crickets. No reason, no bad words between us. Just vanished. I know she is still in the office, so that’s not an excuse. It is 3 years of the simplest filings. Very small amounts of money here. No deductions or elaborate documents to prepare. Horrible customer service. I came in for a 30min consultation for $50. The consultant who was helping me not only did not know the answer to my question but was rude and tried to cut my time short after only 5min and said she had another client waiting. Overall had a terrible experience but the front desk person was nice though.
They helped me get my taxes done on time, the young man who helped me is friendly and great at what he does.
