I really appreciated my session with Serena Caballero. This was my second year working with her and I look forward to doing so again next year. I’ve found her to be knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The services I received were great. I am however concerned that the new location doesn’t have a “buzz to enter” door or cameras. It would be great to include them out of consideration for the safety of the employees, clients and the sensitive|private nature of the information being reviewed and discussed.
I love coming here, the people are so nice and welcoming and very helpful in filing my taxes. Can’t wait to come back next year!
