Another great year of tax returns! Friendly and experienced professionals.
I tried calling about potentially filing with this branch however every time I tried to speak the office service person interrupted me every time I tried to ask a question about their services. Like let me get a word in please before you tell me you can’t help me. And turns out she was able to answer my questions after telling her to hold on a second and let me finish my thought. Super inconsiderate.
Very professional and polite was done in a timely manner.
