I found this place to be unprofessional and not knowledgable about taxes. I was expecting to pay for a professional job. The lady was very mixed up about my documents and even asked me if I took one of them...she was visibly frustrated and kept asking others/myself questions about what to do. The man working at the front was short on the phone as well. I paid $500 for this unprofessional job. I wanted to ask for a lowered price for the inconvenience. The worst place to ever get your taxes done. I don't even know where to start very unprofessional I called to make an appt and let them know what I had for w2s and door dash and the lady tells me to come in at 7pm..so I did right from work I get in there and the first words out of thr lady's mouth wow"do.you not know how to hold down a job" I was so upset i wanted to cancel the appt.
