If I could give them zero star, I would. Not a good experience working with them for the first time. Total rip off. They charged us so much for a file that took 35 minutes to complete. The manager never responded our calls and complaints.

Double charged. While paying for the completed preparation at the front desk the card reader crashed. The staff were unable to get the card reader working again, and that’s fine and all, technical difficulties happen. What isn’t fine is that I had to pay in the app for $285 AND the initial card reader payment of $285. H&R Block’s services are valuable and expedient (normally) but in no world is it worth $570 dollars for very simple personal tax preparation. I doubt I will ever use H&R Block’s services again.
