Youran is super helpful with my tax return this year - she helped me with my itemized deductions (first timer!), W-4 witholdings and 1042S form. She is a joy to work with.
Absolutely incompetent and a waste of time. The tax "professional' was unable to do a joint/with 1 child return. So we were asked to wait for another tax professional to finish with a customer. However, we didnt have time and thats why I made an appointment for the time. I understand people are new but why would H&R block hire a person who doesn't know how to file a joint return with child. That should be basic.
I called as a last minute walk in and they were able to see me and Lien was very helpful very quick and very courteous. I will come here again next year.
