Easy, fast, competent agent.
I was treated rudely by Agnes. The man helping me, Thomas, needed to ask a colleague for assistance. Agnes came to his cubicle and immediately took an adversarial stance and belittled me for not understanding. Thomas acted professionally throughout and I could see in his eyes that he wanted to apologize for Agnes's behavior. Her negative attitude and aggressive demeanor caused me to walk out.
