Had a great experience with this branch of H&R Block. Eloise, greeted me & asked what services I needed right when I entered the business. We didn't have an appointment, so we just dropped off documents not expecting to complete everything in the same day. A few hours later, I received a call that Steve Jones was able to complete our filing. So so grateful for this staff for working with myself and grandmother to make sure she had her filing done.
Wouldn't recommend, prices are extremely high for the services they offer, had to comeback to the office 4 times to fix a simple convenience, still waiting for my tax money 3 weeks after filing with them.
Steve Jones is EXCELLENT! He went above and beyond to help me sort out a complicated situation. He is smart, honest and expedient!
