Their staff there always is willing to help. The amount of stress that taxes bring, H&R Block chops that right up and send me away with the reassurance that we all could use from time to time.
I've used the online app to file my own taxes so this was a first for me to have them filed by someone else but I feel I could have done them my self and the amount of communication between the tax pro and me was very minimal not at all engaged.
