I have been working with Tony for four years now. Tax season has become something that I look forward to because of him. He's helped me through tax amendments, marriage, and two home purchases/sales, and an out of state move. He is so welcoming, friendly, and he knows his stuff! Every year I come out with more than I expect thanks to Tony's knowledge. And I absolutely love that I still get to work with him even though I am no longer in Chattanooga. Can't recommend him or this H&R Block branch enough!
I’m only giving 4 stars for the price for fees & such. The fees (not the employees fault) is ridiculously high. Out of $1000 ish I’m only getting $652 back post fees. HOWEVER, The customer service at this location was a 10/10!!! Dana was excellent and honestly, I am fine with paying the fees for his customer service alone. Dana is very thorough with explaining the step by step process.
