I was completely ghosted by my tax pro. Penny Bedford began my taxes and told me she would follow up that evening to finalize my extension, and again the following morning to finalize my taxes. I have followed up with Penny in the portal 8+ times and have not heard a word. I even went to the office and was told they are closed for the season (despite their hours showing open online and Penny explicitly stating she would be in on this day). I have been coming to HR Block for awhile either online or in person at other locations, and can I just say this location had the kindest people, who are all so well informed, and made the process so simple and even relaxing. Catalina was my tax agent and she not only was incredibly nice and has excellent customer service, but she knew the ins and outs of tax preparation so well that she knew from heart which forms were appropriate for what.
