Filed in February, the filing process was fine. After 12 weeks called the department of revenue and they had been trying to get ahold of us for identification verification. But HnR block input our address wrong and all the mail went to the wrong address. In the entire process could not get hold of a representative. When we finally did, they all gave us different answers. Definitely using a different tax service next year. It's been almost 4 months and still no word on our refund.
