Never called back letting me know everything was completed and to come pick up my w2. Was told if I need copies they’re on the website. Tried multiple different times to find it. Confirmed with them it has vanished. Along with my physical copies of my w2s. If they can’t keep track of 2 pieces of paper that should’ve been scanned in they’re clearly incapable of doing taxes correctly. HOW DO YOU LOSE PEOPLES PERSONAL INFORMATION!! My boyfriend has left messages trying to get copies of his taxes for a loan. NO ONE WILL RESPOND!!!!!! NO ONE IN OFFICE, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RESPONDS TO VOICEMAILS!!!!!
