Barbara was incredibly helpful with my elderly grandmother’s assessment. We missed some papers, and she held our appointment time to allow us to email them to her. She then gave us some great advice, including that she didn’t need to file. She also advised us on other filings that could help us with her care. She was great! No charge for the assessment, and she was very honest!

I have been coming to H&R Block on Hwy 58 for 25 years but this will be my last time coming to them because this year I owe the IRS. Then they had the audacity to charge me $255 for filing with them and it didn’t even take her 10 minutes to file my return and when I started asking her questions because I have never owed before she got an attitude and started cutting me off. Never Again
