sadly disappointed with the help we got from a certain lady working there. Not going to put out names but hopefully they realize being kind and doing your work correctly goes a long way. She didn’t do my families tax correctly and was “apologetic” in a non genuine way. Even making remarks as to the financial situation she caused because of her “communication error.” Do not recommend.
I WILL NOT GO BACK TO H & R BLOCK AGAIN! they filled my taxes under my x wife's account and now I'm dealing with a mess apparently I have to fix myself I really feel ripped off by this company I maid it clear we were divorced and still filled it with my x
Pricey but great
I did not really want to write this review but I have not been left with much choice. I will not name names though I could. My wife and I went to get our taxes done at the Junction City office after making an appointment to do so. We had some additional income last year and wanted to make sure that we paid the correct amount. During the session, I was told that I would have to pay about a $200 penalty for failing to pay estimated taxes the year before.
