Poorly trained office staff. They should know the sulystem before being allowed to use it "live".Im beyond myself with the cost as well. Not coming back.
This location is so unprofessional from the receptionists double booking appointments to the professionals themselves...talking out loud about how much a person owes the IRS, snarky comments about other professionals and other clients..this location needs to train their receptionists on how to do their job and train their "professionals" on being professional.
