I came here to have my taxes prepared, and unfortunately, the staff is not properly trained. On top of that, the company does not clearly inform you that if they make a mistake, you are fully responsible unless you purchase their additional protection program. They also do not truly help the customer. In my case, when they prepared my taxes, I ended up overpaying $2,099 in taxes. This clearly shows a lack of experience and professionalism.
