I dealt with Tim and he wanted nothing to do with helping me. I askedhim the same question 3 times and not once did I get an answer from him.
Tim is the best there is!! I drop off the paper work, he calls me when they are ready! He answers every question I have. I've been going to this place for the past 20 years or so, and have never had a problem !
