I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your locations regarding my LLC, personal, and estate tax returns. The experience was highly frustrating, unprofessional, and resulted in unnecessary stress and financial burden. Debra really doesn’t explain fully about why fees are expensive or explaining about your return don’t make any sense I’m trying to figure out and understand her I try messaging and calling and no response back you have to keep reaching out she doesn’t respond back to my messages I will not be returning after this.
