The worst landlord I could have ever imagined. Regarding these reviews, at least two are fake. Leo Grifka is/was with the company and Hirscu is the last name of the founder of HQ. I leased a storefront from HQ for the past 3 and 1/2 years up until today when I received an email that they had sold the building, which prompted my review. They are the most incompetent, dishonest, and uncooperative bunch I have ever had the displeasure of leasing from. Best creative office space in Los Angeles!
Worked out of a couple different offices in Los Angeles, and no one provided a more seamless move in and fit out of our new creative space. Couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for Creative Office space
I have a small tech start up and my team and I have worked in everything from dingy garages to decked out incubators. Found these guys online. Definitely one of my favorite creative office spaces to work in while in Los Angeles!
