I actually loved the technician, I just wished you ard willing to work with my warranty company. I'm granted an authorization to fix my sprinkler system but you won't entertain the thought. I understand you've been disappointed by some warranty companies but not mine. I sure wished you would at the very least look into it.
My mother who lives in Bakersfield needed help with a plumbing issue and called HPS. They sent out Manny who took care of the problem! He had incredible customer service and was very personable. She says she is ONLY calling HPS for her plumbing needs now. - Thank you 🙏

The technician was very professional and curtious. He worked in over 100 degree weather to evaluate my system and find the problem that was causing my unit not to work properly. I am so thankful to HPS for coming out so quickly to evaluate my system, for how they took their time to find the problem and for explaining everything to me.
