Called them around 8-9 am. HPS was at my place by 11am. Respectful and very knowledgable. I watched as Brady ran a camera through my drain and seen my line needed to be replaced. I was explained the steps needed and how long it would take. I understand it is all a estimate and as bad and expensive it might be. I feel I called the right team. I will update once job is done with before and after pictures and any snags which are expected.
First, I would like to say that the lady that I had spoke with the boss, she was very kind and understanding, and I truly appreciate her, but as far as the employees that I witnessed today, making fun of somebody and belittling them and pointing and laughing because they’re out here getting recyclables for their family Shame on you.
