HPS responded quickly and professionally to our inquiries and requests. We submitted an application for architectural review, and it was handled very quickly, with plenty of professional responses through email.
Homeowners Beware- most if not all of their reviews are inaccurate! Find a larger organization which really can handle your rental needs as a property owner! They truly don’t care about the property owners and charge more than other rental management groups - when they do checks on property it’s a “glance” they don’t check everything so leaving your property in their hands is not a good feeling when you want the reassurance of knowing your home is being taken care of - glad to share this!!
My HOA was very prompt responding to my request without unnecessary red tapes.
If I could give a 10 I would..quick, correct, responsive-, efficient. Submitted Thursday approved 910 Monday-4 days later. HOA Upstate is our new property manager (1 month) William Douglas used to be-as the former HOA Board Pres I know the board wouldn’t have even received the request yet. HOA Upstate are true professionals… you won’t be disappointed.
