DISAPPOINTED!!! I am very disappointed at HPK. I recently received my deposit and noticed they deducted a rent day. I called assuming it was a mistake and they claim I left the property a day late from the actual day I left. On the day I left the property I dropped off the keys through the front office door as I was previously instructed to do so. Great Unit & Great Staff Just moved into my unit that I rented from HPK, the unit is in great shape, new carpet, new kitchen. One of the best units I have lived in. When I went in the office to fill out the paper work, the people in the office were awesome. Very nice and really liked to help. I highly recommend HPK to all my friends who are looking for a place.
HPK I have rented from HPK, The floor was fiflthy, and they didnt bother to come out and clean it, I stayed less than a year, but received my full deposit back because my Auntie grew up with the owner.Property Mgmt Co, will charge for everything possible that they can get, Nail holes and all, be sure to document everything, take pictures, and stay on top of it
