As a past resident with this company, I would advise anyone wanting to rent to stay away from this company and properties managed by this company. They are a money hungry company and will overcharge you as much as they want when you move out. They tried charging me 1600 just for paint. That's not even including the other excessive charges. I landed in USA 3 years back and this people helped me find my home here I still stay in the same place over this years for every issue we had they are very supportive be it on weekends or icy winter this people respond and resolve and make you feel home safe the maintenance crew and the management team they go above and beyond to provide you the best comfort I recommended it... read more
