I bought this product because on the website they feel very proud because now they can remap VW GTI 2010 to 2013, I meet all the requirements to be able to do it, I have tried it on several 2012 and 2013 vehicles and it does not connect with the servers, 2 ago months I spoke with customer service h I'm still waiting for a solution very bad that they sell you something that they can't do something I should do something, I can't solve it I bought the credits and the system $ 600 lost and nobody solves anything.
