They break the law. The new CA law says that medial debt can not be sent to your credit report any more. And there is a huge fine if they do so. If you have had them submit it to your credit report please contact the CA AG's office. They are slapping people who break this law with 10,000 fines for each person they impact. If enough of us do this these lawbreakers will pay the price.
This company is a scam operation. I'm surprised they aren't locked up and siezed yet. I was sent a letter in the mail saying I owe $3,700 to them from a towing company. LIES. Well as a cyber security expert with extra time on my hands, let's see how much longer they last. I will make sure every single one of you gets dealt with accordingly.
This place has to be a scam. I paid off my western dental bill for braces a year ago. Got a scammy looking email today saying that I owe $200 to western dental. That is not true at all. I have nothing owed to western dental at all. What kind of scam is this "company" running here? And how did they get my personal info for this non existent debt?
Received an email saying that they own my debt to western dental the thing is I haven’t been to western dental since 2016 and I paid for all of the services already after western dental stopped taking my auto pay so they could charge me late fees. When I call HP Sears I get nowhere. Told I have to talk to western dental and then they say I have to talk to HP Sears. I've been having issues with a bill through a medical group for months. Had calls with a few semi-helpful people at HP Sears, but Wendy really stood out and went above and beyond. She was empathetic, caring about my situation, offered me fantastic information/advice on how to handle the process and overall gave great customer care.
