I have a settlement that was approved Oct 4th 2024. I was told they had 60 days to pay me my settlement. My lawyer received their fee. Dec 1 2024 . My lawyer contacted them and said that the check was mailed out to my house she spoke to them on several occasions is now December 7, 2024 and I still don’t have the check.
