We've known Greg for 20 years and he is a super, and most importantly - honest guy. He redid a roof for us for a fantastic price 10 years ago and I'm getting ready to do a remodel and he will be getting that project as soon as he has time. Good builders are in demand, so you might expect to have to wait for the respected, honest ones.
Had them come out to do an estimate for the work we needed to have done on our home. He seemed interested in doing the work for us and we were told he would work up the estimate and email it to us. Well after 2 weeks went by with no contact. I sent him a text....heard nothing. Then sent him an email....heard nothing. He never sent us anything, nor responded. Very unprofessional in our opinion. We've used HP Home Improvements three times in the past six months, most recently to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Each project has been completed timely and Greg and his crew were easy and professional to work with. Greg stated many times that their quality is their reputation and he absolutely stands behind that. Greg Hutzel, TERRIBLE! Was contracted to do repairs on the house I purchased on everything he had his guys do I had to call multiple times to have them come back out and do it right and in the end he didn't complete the water damaged garage ceiling that he was supposed to come back to do and I am having to take him and the owner I bought the hosue from to court. Beware, card has bible verses on it and all that but this guy is a liar and thief.
