I had made an appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning. 16 minutes went by and after the 3 people that came in after me had gone in I inquired about delay. Receptionist told me my hygenist's first patient showed up late so she was running behind. I waited an additional 15 minutes at which point I decided to leave. Instead of rescheduling the patient who Showed up considerably late, HP Family Dental decided to inconvenience the subsequent patients.
