A wonderful experience every time with Mikaela Thomas. She sold me my first vehicle and 4 or 5 other vehicles and now my little brother his first vehicle. If anyone is need a new vehicle brand new, or used. I highly recommend mikaela she will go above and beyond for you.
Their people at the service desk are great Micheal Little and Micheal Cone have been great keeping me up to date on my truck I couldn't be happier with the service I do recomend hoyte service center to anyone having issues with their vehicle
Take your business else where! Even if you don’t really have the time to go out of town to have things serviced. Trust me on this one! Something as simple as getting your mirrors programmed will leave you wanting to cuss and pull your hair out!!
I bought a brand new 1500 last June from here and I absolutely love it! My salesman Nick was nothing but helpful and made the experience a blast! The management team is absolutely amazing as well! I’ve taken it to the service department many times for regular checkups and tire repairs and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and made sure everything was taken care of. From sales to service they taken care of me and every need I’ve ever had. I absolutely love these guys up here!!

I am so frustrated. Needed work on van. Hoytes told me Thursday to bring it in today at 8 am. Just had call from them that they would have to order a part, that today was just to check to see what was wrong Bthey told me Thursday what was wrong. Cant get van worked on until Thursday now. Told lady I wished she.had been more clear last week as I understood it was to be fixed today.
