Dylan and the crew were extremely helpful and friendly. They made buying my first new car so easy!
No one likes dealing with any service related issues for obvious reasons. But I still drive from OKC to Durant for service on my Grand Cherokee because they far outperform the OKC dealerships in all aspects. When I called to schedule the appointment they still remembered me from working down the street. Great customer service all the way around, from Pam in sales helping me complete the purchase to the service dept.

I had the privilege of going into this dealership on Saturday to get some parts and it was by far the best encounter of any place I had been! I was met at the door of the service department (which I was in wrong place, my fault) by a wonderful gentleman named Ryan! He advised I was not where I needed to be but he would be more than happy to take me!! He had a smile on his face and a spring in his step!!
