We had an extended period of time getting the house prepared for market and they stayed in touch until we were ready, as well as recommending people who could help us. As soon as we were done with prep, we hit the ground running. Within a day or two, we had beautiful photos of the house and the coming soon listing. The house sold quickly and with multiple offers.
