Great doctors but when I called they couldn’t give my prescription strength over the phone. Said it’s not secure. Wouldn’t verify my information. Said they could mail it to me. To confirm my address they didn’t ask me to verify it they read it off to me. So if it’s not secure as in you don’t know who your talking to then why did you just give my address to someone you don’t think is me. Makes no sense.
They’re the only place that accepts most insurances. Many others that have them finished quicker do not accept any insurances period. Also, the best customer service I’ve had with my eye drs in this area.
