First time, loved it! Food was delicious!
This was my first visit and it won't be my last. I had a tuna melt that was every bit as good as I had in NY when I lived there. The service was great and I love the idea that it's open late

This was my second visit to Howley's and it was just as good as my first. My first time there I started with the pan fried mozzarella. It was absolutely delicious. Followed by the Shepherd's Pie and it was equally delicious. This time I started with the chili and cheese potato skins, this could be a meal all on it's own. My boyfriend took me here for my first time the artichoke dip and Sheppards pie was absolutely delicious! I loved the atmosphere and our waitress was wonderful I'll definitely be back and will recommend to all my friends and family! :)
