There’s a reason this place is a mainstay in a city I love so much.
The Shepard’s Pie was awful , absolutely no taste at all . Don’t order this at Howley’s . Stick with the breakfast menu.

I have only had one bad meal at Howley’s. That was tonight. The worst fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. Extremely dry and way over cooked!
