I’ve been a patient with Howley & Basara for over 10 years, and I have nothing but great things to say. When I walk in, the wait time has never been more than five minutes. Both of the doctors, dental hygienist, and support staff are knowledgeable and so pleasant.
I tend to be picky with my doctors but they were great and lovely. Their tech is a bit old but it made no real impact on my dental work and their service was great.
My whole family went there for years and had no issues! Recently I was complaining of sensitivity. They told me to use sensodyne toothpaste. Still having sensitivity issues. After going back and them telling me it was fine, I decided to go for a second opinion. There were EXTREMELY visible cavities where I continued to complain. Had them filled by another dentist and have had no issues.
