The food was lousy. We have been there a few times in the past and it was pretty good. We moved but I had a Groupon and after last night I will never waste my money or gas to drive over there again. Sent my first entree back and the second was not much better!
My absolute *favorite*place to go in VA. I'm from NY and I guess my standards are "harsh" but Howlett's lives up to my expectations every time!! Their food is amazing and so is their service!! 💕
