Upon arrival I experienced discourteous customer service that was completely unwarranted. The environment was seemingly chaotic and staff appeared overly stressed. I opted to leave and keep my relative's pet rather than board her. I will not use or recommend this kennel.
Great place for your dog to get obedience training. Best money we have ever spent on a dog. Very reasonable. Trish is knowledgeable about animals and training! We will be back whether to board or do some refresh training. Highly recommend taking your pup here.
My dogs are more than pets, they are hunters, partners, companions,and in short....family. There is no one else besides Trisha at Howl a Day inn that I would trust them to!
Clean, professional, honest, courteous, and result oriented training with a well maintained Kennel Facility -- A Class Act!
