I have rented both a house and apartment from Howington & Burrell and have had nothing but a great experience. They have great prices and they fix any issues right away. Might I add, they are great people too.

Howington & Burell Realty went above and beyond to help get our house sold quickly! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Chris and Jason met with us in the early stages at our property and walked us through with recommendations that would net us the most return. All of their suggestions and advice really maximized our return. If you are looking for a great realtor in the Central Georgia area, look no further!
I wouldn’t recommend this company. The apartments may be cheap, but they are also not taken care of. Many damages, and we had to call or email them several times before they came to help. Some things were never fixed. Also, I still didn’t get back my deposit, although I asked 3 times already. I would rather pay more money for an apartment and get a better place.
I started renting a 2 bed apartment a couple of months ago and there were a couple of minor issues, I made a call and within an hour or two the problems were taken care of. even after hours I have been able to get in touch with someone. it's a nice little place with really reasonable rent. can't say I have any real complaints at all.
The owners are great folks to work with
Realtor Stacey Blair who showed us the house was not only extremely rude but also very unprofessional. If you are a college student I strongly suggest that you avoid this company at all costs.
