It was a very busy place for a mid-afternoon, but we got seated right away. The menu had lots to pick from. I had a hard time narrowing it down to a single thing. I settled on the Kansas City Crunch burger…it was TASTY!! If I’m ever traveling through La Crosse again, I will make an effort to stop again.

The Howie Burger is pretty huge, and very tasty! The seasoned fries have a nice flavor. Our server did a very good job.
Very accommodating. We were in La Crosse for a tour of the campus and needed quick service so as to not be late for our appointment. Our server got the order to us quickly, as well as to go boxes and the check and we were right on time for the tour. And the food was delicious!

Went on a Friday night. Really in the mood for fish. The fish was average at best Other food might be better. Maybe I’ll try again someday

The worst customer service in the history of my 32 years. My friend’s credit card was overcharged by almost double. After a week of trying to get it resolved, leaving messages via phone and Facebook with no reply, I thought I would give it a try. Both times someone answered the phone, (the second time it was Kaitlyn) and once I asked for the manager I was disconnected. Coincidence? The third time I tried it went to voicemail. I’ll be stopping in the next time I’m in town, but definitely not to give them my business.

First time here and while the 2 for 1 burger special is a good deal I don't think you should be forbidden to take leftovers home. I ended up forcing myself to finish my burger there and subsequently getting sick when I got home from overeating. While I understand the "dine in only" aspect to prevent people from buying a burger there and taking one home if you've already eaten half I don't understand why you wouldn't allow guests to take the rest home.
