It was just a small request that led me to Tony Schmidt. Im happy I made the connection as I dont have many in the Cambridge area. Went above and beyond expectations and I wasn't even a client! Super guy and really takes his profession seriously. Im sure his reputation thanks him for it.
Not only helped us sell our house in Cambridge, but got the work done with all the trades to get the house to where it needed to be to sell. Unlike other realtors, did not gouge or try to make extra money on the renovations/extra work by the trades. We then sold for more than we were expecting thanks to Tony's listing strategy. Easy to deal with, and super trustworthy. Highly recommend.
