My son has struggled for a long time and this office staff including the nurse and Dr Howes were rude and unprofessional. He met with my son for only 40 minutes and came up with 7 diagnoses. One was intermittent explosive disorder and he said my son would be in jail by 16. One was ODD which isn’t even a real diagnosis. Kids are oppositional and defiant for a reason. Dr. Howes is an amazing doctor who really cares about his patients and is an expert in so many areas. He is well-respected and takes time to explain everything so it's clear and easy to understand. He also has a fantastic staff! Dr. Nervez and NP Diaz round out this great team and are equally amazing. Lafayette is lucky to have such a jewel of a pediatric clinic at UHC Peds Clinic
