We do like this company but after replacing an outdoor AC coils the tech had promised to replace and cover the coils with some new insulation to prevent further damage to the coils. After the work was finished he had only put some sort of white tape around the broken insulation instead of replacing it. When I asked him about that he said he didn't have it in stock and will come back to replace it. Highly recommend Howell's!! My heat went out (on the coldest day of the year, of course) and everyone I talked to were so helpful, even before they came out. They have great communication and when a technician was on the way, they let me know and sent me a photo of who to expect. Matthew was super professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Grateful to have the heat back on with 20 degree weather!

We called Howell's when our heat went out. Should have been our first call, but very glad we DID. They sent someone the same morning we called. Our tech was Mark. He did an AWESOME job explaining what the issue was and what the repair would entail. He even had the part on his truck. Two hours later and the work was done. Super satisfied with the service and the provider!
