Excellent service by true professionals. My father was an HVAC contractor in Hampton so I know what kind of skill set is required and the Howell professionals have to those skill sets to the max. They also replaced one of my units several years ago . Very efficiently done and the system recently had hiccup , which happens but which Howell handled promptly under warranty. My strongest possible recommendation for your HVAC needs in central VA

Thank you, Tracy Parrish, awesome Service Manager, who went above and beyond to try and save my 14 year old heat pump and repair leak! Howell's Heating and AC is the best for superior quality, integrity and excellent customer service! They saved me from buying new units over 2.5 years ago when dishonest competitor said I needed 2 new units! Howells gets my business for service and new equipment and 0% APR for 36 months is great!

I can't believe it. Got home from a long week on the road to find the furnace not working. One phone call and at 8 o'clock on a Friday night a tech is here and had the parts on his truck to fix it. Thanks Howells....I will never call anyone else.
