Parking isn't assigned; you either get it or you don't because there will be people parking without a pass. If you go in with less than a full group of 6, expect to be paired randomly; they never actually sent out the roommate survey they promised. My unit never had a doorbell. Little noise dampening. I could hear everything. Wouldn't recommend unless its a last resort
my experience with this place is absolutely awful, there are bugs everywhere, power keeps going out, the air inside is humid, there is less storage than in pictures, everything is dirty, parking is terrible, and management does not cooperate at all, i could go on

Loved living here! J.D. is probably the best landlord I will ever have, extremely helpful and quick to respond to any problems we had in our house. Plenty of parking and the house was pest-free the entire time we lived there!
