Best car wash in town! When the free vacuum was not working they gave me money to use the pay one excellent customer service!!!

Just went through the car wash minutes ago. I got the best wash they had and paid $10. My car is still dirty in spots. All along the bottom side of the car is dirty. A area on the back door is dirty and all the wheel wells. So when u look at my car its not a clean shiny car�

Brought my car in for a wash at about 6:45 and the young lad directing me wasn't even watching me just kept telling me to pull forward and bounced my wheel off the thing and I have a gouge in my wheel of my brand new car had the unlimited was pass for a few months and its never disappointed until now
I went there last night, I gave the guys 3 dollar tip and asked them to give it an extra touch as I had been on a dirt road, and I heard him say to his buddy ...yea right well do a good job....they did nothing extra.. then I had 2 guys at the end drying..Yea right..they also did a Terrible job....I will never go back there again..
Just got my Buick Enclave back from being detailed and it looks amazing. My husband is a complete neat freak when it comes to our vehicles and even he was impressed. Our car didn't even look this good when we bought it from the dealership. The entire staff was polite, extremely professional and all around just cared for our car. Will definitely be using them again!
