Our air conditioner stopped working unexpectedly, and they came out so quickly to help. They took the time to thoroughly check everything, explained things clearly, and were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service and such a great experience during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!
The guys arrived on time, they were kind and informative and even let my dog sniff all the equipment as if she was the troll who let them pass the front door to come into the house. I’ll continue to use Howell for my HVAC needs!
