Over the long weekend, my solar system collapsed and everything essential stopped working while my non-essentials worked. It was not fun! I phoned Howell first thing on Tuesday morning and I had an experienced service technician at my house in 2 hours. Andy had helped to install the system a few years back. He got me straightened out, explained the problem and was thorough in his investigation with solutions. I have used Howell now for a few years and have never been disappointed in the quality of their service.
