A crown came loose Wednesday afternoon; I called and had an appointment the next day at 11:00. They were able to re glue it and quickly sent me on my way to eat lunch!
Coming to a new area , you want to find a good dentist office and this is one. They get to know you and treat you as one of the family. It makes you feel more relaxed and they make sure everything is completed professionally.
Staff is very knowledgeable. Office is pleasant and helpful. Have been going to Rayna for cleanings for several years. She is the BEST! Always cheerful and efficient. Dr. Nguyen was very nice as well. He did my exam this visit and very thorough. First time I ever had a total mouth and neck exam to rule out and possible cancer growths or concerns. Like him as well. All in all a great office visit!
Appointment at Heritage dental my appointment today with Rayna went very well. She did an excellent job Very professional she not only cleans your teeth but brings a little ray of sunshine into your life.she is a very pleasant young lady.

This is my 3rd year with them and I'll never go anywhere else. So professional, knowledgeable and sweet. The hygenists are the best trained of the many I have seen. I was very concerned about the level of care I would receive after Carol retired. Rayna is following in her footsteps providing the same high standard service. Office staff are great at their jobs. Friendly and flexible. I guess Dr. Cohen is okay, too. Wink wink!
No long waits in the waiting room with high quality service and safety.
