This was a great experience, as usual. Dr Koern is so adept and skillful with his crown procedures, and every person that works for him is so very friendly and helpful. They all make the dental experience a great one - I would not want anyone else working on my teeth. That goes for the hygienist also.

The office is run efficiently, the staff is polite and friendly. The Doctor took time to discuss options and decide on a plan going forward. I feel comfortable that I will receive quality care here at Heritage.
